Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Robotics Trainer, located in Mohali district. The Robotics Trainer will be responsible for educating and training participants in robotic technologies, including robotic welding and general robotics. Day-to-day tasks include delivering training sessions, guiding participants in hands-on activities, troubleshooting technical issues, and teaching preventive maintenance of robotic systems. The role involves providing practical knowledge and fostering skills that enhance participants employability in robotics and related fields. Qualifications - Expertise in robotic systems and technologies, including Robotics and Robot operation - Proficiency in Robotic Welding techniques and applications - Ability to perform Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance in robotic systems - Strong teaching, communication, and mentoring skills - Ability to conduct hands-on workshops and practical learning sessions - Previous experience in training or education in robotics is an asset - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, or a related field is preferred
