**Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Telecom) - Freshers**
**Shift Timings**: US Shift (Night Shift)
**Days Off**: 2 Rotational Offs
**Pick & Drop**: Provided

We are looking for **enthusiastic and customer-oriented Freshers** to join our team as **Customer Service Executives**. In this role, you will handle customer queries related to telecom services and provide exceptional service. This is a **pure voice process**, where you will engage with international customers, ensuring a positive experience and resolving queries with efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound calls from international customers and address their queries related to telecom services (e.g., billing inquiries, service issues, account details, etc.).
- Provide accurate information and guidance to customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Update and maintain customer records and case details accurately in the system.
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy during every customer interaction.
- Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality customer service.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Education**:Graduate** in any field.
- **Experience**: Freshers (No prior work experience required).
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- A positive attitude with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to learn quickly and handle customer interactions effectively.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate systems.
- **Work Timings**: Comfortable working in **US Shift** (Night Shift).
- **Shift Flexibility**: Comfortable working in a **Voice Process** environment.
- **Transportation**:Pick & Drop** will be provided.
