Job description:
**Skills/Qualifications**:
- Strong multi-tasking skills, including conversing while navigating a CRM platform simultaneously.
- Excellent active listening and communication skills, good judgment, patience and understanding while helping clients.
- Must be able to articulate troubleshooting steps clearly and concise to all customers, including those who are elderly, hard of hearing or lack of internet knowledge.
- Well versed in using the Internet, Computers/Laptops & Smartphone and a self learner.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude and team player.
- Flexible to work in shifts and/or weekends with 100% attendance.
- Reliable, Punctual and able to work without supervision.
Experience in Customer Service through phone/chat Desired Skills
- Exposure to Content Management Systems like Wordpress, Joomla, Magento etc.
- Having your own personal blog or website or hosting services. Experience providing technical support to customers,friends,family.
- Self learner who is passionate about technology and loves to learn about cloud technology (aws, azure), droplets, vps hosting technologies.
- Probation: Period - 3 months.
- Expected: Working hours : Morning
- Office: Location : Kakkanad, Cochin, Kerala - 682037
- Salary: As per industry standards.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
