**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead Generation & Student Outreach:

- Identify and engage potential students and parents through field visits, school tie-ups, and counseling sessions.
- Conduct seminars, webinars, and career guidance sessions to attract students.
- Digital & Offline Marketing:

- Promote GURCHARANAM through pamphlets, posters, banners, and advertisements in schools, tuition centers, and public places.
- Collaboration & Partnerships:

- Develop partnerships with schools, coaching centers, and student communities to generate leads.
- Coordinate with franchise partners and local businesses for promotional activities.
- Admissions & Counseling:

- Guide students and parents about courses, fee structures, scholarships, and benefits of enrolling in GURCHARANAM.
- Maintain follow-ups with potential leads to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

- Stay updated with competitor strategies, pricing, and offerings to develop competitive marketing approaches.
- Provide insights to improve branding and promotional strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in education marketing, admissions counseling, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, travel for fieldwork, and meet admission targets.
