Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive Marketing Coordinator with 2-4 years of experience in offline marketing and promotions. The role will focus on increasing the school’s visibility, coordinating promotional activities, managing partnerships, and supporting the execution of monthly activity calendars. Strong coordination, ideation, and communication skills are essential for success in this position. **Key Responsibilities**: - Offline Marketing & Promotional Activities: Execute offline marketing strategies to boost the school's visibility in local societies, communities, and surrounding areas. - Tie-ups & Partnerships: Develop and maintain partnerships with local businesses, schools, and organizations to support branding and lead generation efforts. - Branding & Visibility: Oversee the placement of banners, posters, and other visibility materials to promote the school in strategic locations. - Monthly Activity Planning & Coordination: Collaborate with schools to create and implement monthly activity calendars, generating ideas, planning events, and ensuring smooth execution. - Activations & Lead Generation: Plan and execute small-scale activations, events, and community outreach to raise awareness and generate leads. - Data Tracking & Reporting: Track and manage data from promotional activities, reporting on effectiveness, lead generation, and campaign performance. **Qualifications**: - Experience: 2-4 years in marketing, event coordination, or promotions, preferably in an educational setting. - Skills: - Excellent coordination and organizational abilities. - Strong ideation and creative thinking skills to generate engaging offline activities. - Effective communication skills to liaise with schools, vendors, and partners. - Proficient in managing multiple tasks and timelines. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
