**Job Profile: Training will be provided related to the Job**
- Managing assigned locations (states) and CMM counters to ensure service and support.
- Coordinating effectively with team hierarchy to plan and execute set goals/targets.
- Sharing insights on new tactics adopted by competitor brands in the market

**Main Responsibilities**
- Support to sales team for placement of CMM counters
- Machine Documents verification and keeping records.
- Maintain the Dealer refund process and maintain the MIS.
- Log Machine Compliant with Follow-up with machine vendors and be available for response to customer’s real-time needs.
- Train to machine user and front level sales team.
- Resolution of Shade Mis-Match and share final reports to concern.
- Ensuring a smooth machine placement & installation experience for Team & Channel
- Collecting market intelligence on New Color tinting formulations from competition.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: Relocate before starting work (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
