We are looking for a motivated and dynamic **Field Sales Executive** to join our sales team at Kalco Alu-Systems. As a key player in our sales force, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our premium aluminium products to clients in the Delhi NCR region.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Generation & Lead Acquisition**:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the assigned region.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, builders, contractors, and fabricators.
- Generate and follow up on leads, converting them into sales opportunities.
- **Product Knowledge & Promotion**:
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Kalco’s aluminium products and services to prospective clients.
- Effectively present and promote products, addressing customer inquiries, needs, and concerns.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Develop long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Provide timely and accurate support to customers before, during, and after the sale.
- **Market & Competitor Analysis**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
- Provide feedback to management on competitor activities and market trends to strategize growth.
- **Sales Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and prospects.
- Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates to management.
- **Travel & Territory Management**:
- Regular field visits within the Delhi NCR region to meet potential clients and drive business development.
- Efficiently manage your territory to maximize coverage and sales opportunities.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- **Age Limit**: Up to 32 years.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of field sales experience, preferably in building materials, construction products, or related industries.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using basic sales tools, mobile apps, and CRM systems.
- **Education**: A bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- **Other Requirements**:
- Must possess a bike and a valid driving license (mandatory for this role).
- Ability to travel frequently within the Delhi NCR region.
- Must have a proactive and customer-focused approach to sales.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
