**Job Title**: Customer Success Associate
**Location**: Gurgaon, India
**Industry**: Telecom
**Work Schedule**: 6 days a week with a rotational day off

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, helping them navigate through our telecom solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- **Customer Onboarding**:

- Assist new customers with the onboarding process, ensuring they have the resources and knowledge to use our products and services effectively.
- Conduct training sessions or product demonstrations to help customers understand and maximize the value of our telecom solutions.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Either through Voice Process or Chat Process.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (technical support, billing, etc.) to resolve issues efficiently.
- **Retention and Growth**:

- Monitor customer health, usage, and satisfaction metrics to ensure customers are engaged and using our services to their full potential.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling telecom services based on customer needs and industry trends.
- Assist in contract renewals and subscription management.
- **Reporting and Feedback**:

- Gather and document customer feedback and relay it to relevant departments to improve products, services, and customer experience.
- Prepare and deliver customer success reports, including usage trends, product recommendations, and performance metrics.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Under Graduate/ Graduate in business, communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 months of experience in customer success, account management, or customer service, preferably in the telecom industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Native language proficiency in any of the languages among Hindi, Telugu, Marathi, Gujrati. And must have good communication skills in English language
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software will be a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of telecom products and services is a plus.
