Job Overview:
We are seeking highly skilled Customer Success Associates to join our dynamic team. This role requires professionals with a strong technical background and experience in North American voice/chat processes. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer support, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle client queries efficiently and professionally.
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience by resolving issues effectively.

**Requirements**:
Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a North American Voice/Chat Process (International BPO).

**Skills**:

- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
- No MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tongue Influence).

Job Details:

- Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 CTC
- Shift Timings: 24/7 Rotational shifts
- Working Days: 5 days a week (2 rotational offs)
- Cab Facility: Available for odd hours only
