**Job Description: Customer Success Associate - PhonePe**

**Position**: Customer Success Associate
**Work Mode**: Work From Office
**Location**: Gurugram, Haryana
**Salary**: ₹23,000 to ₹27,000 CTC (depending on process)
**Shift**: 24/7 rotational shift. (6 days working.)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and accurate solutions to inquiries.
- Manage customer accounts, update records, and maintain proper documentation.
- Handle customer escalations with tact and efficiency, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer issues.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage retention and loyalty.

**Skillset Requirements**:

- **Languages**: Proficiency in both **English and Hindi** with excellent communication skills.
- Clear speech with no Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) or Regional Tongue Influence (RTI).
- Strong grammar, pronunciation, and articulation.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and handle multiple queries efficiently.

- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts (based on gender criteria).

Pay: Up to ₹324,000.00 per year
