**Role Overview**
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented **Customer Care Representative** to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining smooth communication between Truck Hai and its network of brokers, customers, and other stakeholders. You will handle daily follow-ups, collect trip updates, record data in Excel sheets, and assist in outreach activities to help scale the business.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to customers, brokers, and logistics partners to collect updates and feedback.
- Maintain and update trip, booking, and customer information accurately in Excel or CRM tools.
- Coordinate with the internal operations and sales teams to ensure timely information flow.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with brokers, shippers, and other key stakeholders.
- Assist in customer outreach campaigns to onboard new brokers and clients.
- Resolve customer queries promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
- Prepare basic daily and weekly reports summarizing communication and progress.
- Support business growth initiatives through effective communication and coordination.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in **Hindi and English** (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel**, Google Sheets, and basic computer operations.
- Ability to handle multiple conversations and follow up consistently.
- Self-motivated, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Prior experience in logistics, customer service, or telecalling will be an added advantage.
