We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Credit Service Executive GSC's**

**Department Overview**:
Credit Services is an end-to-end Credit Risk Management Business Service for Operating entities across the HSBC Group in Commercial Banking. It spans across the entire Credit Risk management Value Chain starting from Preparation and On-boarding of a Credit Application in the Bank’s system and financial spreading followed by Credit Disbursement, Risk Monitoring, Control, Management and Processing Facility Offer Documents

We provide Professional and consistent Credit Risk management Services, Improve End to End Credit processes and systems, Deliver Service Excellence at competitive cost, contribute towards building Quality Asset portfolio and build domain expertise on Credit Profile. We support Relationship Managers in winning New Businesses and allow RM’s to deepen and strengthen existing relationships. We protect the bank and help the RM’s in managing Risk

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete checking/verification of various Preapproval activities including Financial Spreading and CRR Generation.
- To continuously provide high quality processing service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction within the specified SLA’s.
- Responsible for rapport building and resolving customer/RM inquiries in a professional manner (where applicable).
- Given the inherent operational risk, the incumbent is expected to understand the operational risk framework and the impact of his/her actions while handling checking/verifications
- Management of the workflow to ensure efficient operations of the unit
- Ensure process and procedures are continually reviewed, improved and changes are communicated for effective implementation, which are measured through reduced costs and improved revenue.
- Ensure that internal audits and measures are undertaken regularly and reviewed in order to achieve / exceed agreed Process and Global Operating Metrics.
- Drive constant improvement in the quality of service provided to Business partners and external customers.
- Participate in Governance meetings with the business and assist the Manager Operations with MI and
- other reporting requirements.
- Complete the Spreading of Financials and Generating CRR in line with credit and risk management guidelines / policies.
- Strong understanding of Company Financials.
- Maintain accuracy of data / data standards on Financial Spreads in order to ensure data integrity on Group Systems.
- Achieve and exceed relevant process targets in line with business objectives
- Acquire and update knowledge on the process, procedures and products on an ongoing basis
- Exhibit ownership of the business
- Meet targets on productivity and accuracy as per the targets and metrics defined for the process.
- Instructions/requests to be correctly interpreted, understood and processed.
- Ensure that the process related procedures are implemented as per the process manuals.
- Ensure that fraud/errors/irregular transactions (if any) are identified and escalated.

Requirements

**Qualifications**
- Complete the Spreading of Financials and Generating CRR in line with credit and risk management guidelines / policies.
- Strong understanding of Company Financials.
- Maintain accuracy of data / data standards on Financial Spreads in order to ensure data integrity on Group Systems.
- Achieve and exceed relevant process targets in line with business objectives
- Acquire and update knowledge on the process, procedures and products on an ongoing basis
- Exhibit ownership of the business
- Meet targets on productivity and accuracy as per the targets and metrics defined for the process.
- Instructions/requests to be correctly interpreted, understood and processed.
- Ensure that the process related procedures are implemented as per the process manuals.

- Good understanding of the Commercial/Corporate Credit Lending Cycle (E)
- Excellent communication skills (E)

- Ability to learn very quickly and transfer knowledge appropriately (E)
- Ability to derive insight from large amounts of data from diverse sources. (D)
- Decision making based on experience, judgment and process knowledge (E)
