**Admissions Management**:

- Respond to inquiries about the curriculum and school policies. Ensure timely follow-up with prospective families to complete the admissions cycle.
- ⁠Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for increasing enrollment.

**Student Onboarding**:

- Coordinate and assist in the seamless onboarding process for new students.
- Provide detailed information about school activities, facilities, and academic programs.

**Communication and Relationship Building**:

- Act as the first point of contact for admissions-related queries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current parents.
- Conduct informational sessions or open houses to showcase the schools offerings.

**Database Management**:

- Conduct regular performance evaluations, set goals, and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual and team effectiveness.

**Marketing and Outreach**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Calling on the potential leads.

**Skills and Competencies Required**:

- Graduation / Post Graduation in any relevant field.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with parents, students, and staff.
- Proven ability to meet enrollment targets and manage the admissions process effectively
- Communicate effectively with current students, parents, and staff to support enrolment efforts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
