**We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Admission Counsellor** with experience in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment. In this role, you’ll be a key guide for prospective students—understanding their aspirations, recommending the right academic programs, and supporting them throughout the admissions journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:
** Provide personalized academic and career counseling, addressing inquiries on programs, eligibility, admissions, fees, and scholarships.**

** Educate prospective students about program features, pedagogy, and career outcomes.**

**Manage a strong sales pipeline through cold calling and handling inbound inquiries.**

**Consistently convert leads into enrollments while achieving monthly targets.**

**‍‍ Maintain transparent communication with students and parents throughout the process.**

**Follow up on enrollment confirmations and collaborate with internal teams to hit admissions goals.**

**Stay updated on industry trends, competitive programs, and evolving career opportunities.**

**Maintain accurate records of all counseling interactions in the CRM system.**

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
**Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Education, Psychology, or related field preferred).**

**0.6 - 4 years of experience in academic counseling, career guidance, or admissions.**

**Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).**

**Strong understanding of education systems and career pathways (training provided).**

**️ Fluency in English and Hindi** is mandatory.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.

Flexibility to work 6 days a week from the office with a rotational weekly off.
