**Role Overview**
We are seeking a **dynamic Inside Pre-Sales Executive** who will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their communication needs, and supporting the sales team with demos, proposals, and technical inputs. This role is critical in building the bridge between prospects and our product solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads to identify business requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations (WhatsApp Business API, CPaaS, CRM, Bulk SMS, RCS).
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and quotations in coordination with sales team.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide accurate pre-sales support.
- Manage lead qualification, nurturing, and follow-up until closure support.
- Maintain CRM records of prospects, communication, and sales pipeline.
- Research industry trends, competitor offerings, and share insights with management.
- Support RFP/RFI documentation and solution presentations.
- Act as the first point of contact for client queries before handing over to Sales/Account Managers.
**Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (Business/IT/Marketing preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales / Pre-Sales / SaaS or IT solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of SaaS/Cloud/CPaaS platforms (WhatsApp Business API preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace, CRM tools, and online presentation tools.
- Ability to understand client needs and match them with product features.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently and in teams.
