**Job Description**:
Overview:
The University Relations Specialist is responsible for managing the relationships and leading the

development of university relations strategies at assigned schools aligned to the needs of the

business and overall Equifax University Relations Strategy. Works to enhance our presence and

improve recruitment outcomes by building the Equifax employment brand at each campus. The UR

Specialist assists with building relationships with key university administrators, student groups, and

faculty. Drives unique events and marketing strategies - aligned to the Equifax strategy.

Additionally, the UR Specialist plans and executes attraction activities as well as organizes and

manages on-site events and programs, maintaining continuous improvement and best practices.

The role reports to the Early Career Leader and partners with other University Relations Specialists

and Talent Acquisition Partners on program planning to develop Equifax as the Employer-of-Choice

for interns, co-op students, and new university graduates

**Responsibilities**:

- Advises Early Career Leader on elements of the college hiring and university relations process
- In partnership with the Early Career Leader, adapts university relations programs, marketing

materials, and social media campaigns to fit local markets.
- Establishes relationships with university administrators, faculty, and student groups to be effective

in executing the Equifax University Relations Strategy and in meeting college goals for interns, co
- ops, and new university graduates.
- Connects with our Corporate Affiliate Partnerships with universities, working with our assigned

partners to plan highly visible events to build Equifax brand on campus to elevate talent pool
- Initiates and executes a social media strategy for University Relations and Talent Acquisition
- Manage all on-campus recruiting logistics (career fairs and events, on-campus interview schedules,

etc.) to ensure flawless execution.
- Chart how to partner with hiring organizations and applicants, manage high-touch relationships,

and recruit across multiple academic/functional disciplines.

during recruiting process and maintains relationships with intern, co-op, and new college grads

- Execute all aspects of college recruiting processes including special events, engagement with

student organizations and coordinating intern/new hire programs and events.
- Partner with University Relations teammates to execute strategy and tactics in assigned portfolio

of schools.
- Design and execute presentations to deliver to college students and campus teams including hiring

managers and executive school alumni champions.
- Identify ways to stay competitive on campus by continuously improving the recruiting and hiring

process in partnership with University Relations team
