
University Talent Acquisition Specialist

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment plans, building relationships with academic institutions, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
The RoleThis role combines program management with hands-on recruitment to attract top university talent. You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing recruitment programs and initiatives aligned with the company's strategy.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify hiring needs and create targeted recruitment plans.
- Monitoring and analyzing recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
- Organizing and coordinating campus engagement activities, including career fairs, workshops, and information sessions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates from universities and colleges.
- Building and maintaining relationships with university career services, faculty, and student organizations to enhance visibility and outreach.
In addition, you will:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on the recruitment process.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's presence in the university space.
- Stay updated on industry trends, university recruitment practices, and competitor strategies.
- Gather feedback from candidates and hiring teams to continuously improve the recruitment process.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on university recruiting or campus engagement.
- Strong understanding of the education landscape and university recruitment practices.
- Hands-on knowledge and understanding of the hiring cycle.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with using modern ATS and other recruiting tools and sources.
