**Role Brief**:
We are looking to hire a Commis 2 / 3 for various locations across Pan India.

The role is to assist in preparing food in kitchen under s**upervision of Chefs.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assisting in the **food preparation** process
- **Cooking** and preparing elements of high-quality dishes.
- Helping with deliveries and restocking
- Assisting with stock rotation cleaning stations
- Contributing to **maintaining kitchen, food safety standards and hygiene**:

- Adhering to company procedures in regards to **temperature checks**, **food labelling **and **dating, cleaning schedules** and **hygiene regulations** at all times ensuring that all records are maintained.
- **Min 6 months of experience** in **kitchen assisting Chef **preferably **continental food.**:

- High level of attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively in a kitchen environment
- Team player
- Excellent **Knife Skills**:

- Preferred **Culinary certificate** from recognized institution

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹16,000.00 per month
