- A Sales Coach is responsible for guiding, mentoring, and developing sales professionals to help them reach their full potential. The role focuses on improving the skills and performance of the sales team through personalized coaching, performance tracking, and motivational support. The Sales Coach works closely with individual salespeople and teams to enhance their sales techniques, boost confidence, and ensure that they meet or exceed their targets. The Sales Coach also collaborates with sales managers to align coaching strategies with company goals._

- Key Responsibilities:_
- 1. Sales Performance Coaching:_
- o Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with sales representatives to review performance, identify strengths, and target areas for improvement._
- o Provide feedback on sales calls, presentations, and overall techniques to help refine skills and strategies._
- o Offer advice on overcoming objections, closing sales, and managing customer relationships more effectively._
- o Use data-driven insights and sales metrics to guide coaching conversations and set clear, actionable goals._
- 2. Goal Setting and Tracking:_
- o Work with individual salespeople to set realistic, measurable sales goals aligned with the company’s objectives._
- o Monitor progress towards goals, track KPIs, and provide ongoing support to help sales professionals achieve their targets._
- o Provide motivation and strategies to stay on track and overcome challenges that may arise._
- 3. Sales Skills Development:_
- o Focus on enhancing key sales skills, such as prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and closing techniques._
- o Coach sales reps on effective communication and active listening to improve their interactions with potential clients._
- o Help develop strategies for time management, territory management, and pipeline organization._
- 4. Sales Process Optimization:_
- o Ensure that salespeople follow the company’s sales processes, methodologies, and best practices._
- o Identify gaps or inefficiencies in the sales process and work with the team to improve them._
- o Train sales reps on CRM tools, sales automation systems, and other technologies that can streamline the sales process._
- 5. Providing Ongoing Feedback:_
- o Offer real-time feedback during or after sales calls, meetings, or client interactions to ensure continuous improvement._
- o Highlight areas where salespeople excel, as well as where they need to adjust their approach._
- o Use constructive feedback to celebrate wins and address areas of underperformance._
- 6. Data Analysis and Reporting:_
- o Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement._
- o Use this data to tailor coaching strategies to individual or team needs and to track progress over time._
- o Prepare and deliver reports on coaching outcomes and team performance to leadership._
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- _Work experience as a Sales Coach, Sales Trainer or similar role_
- _Experience in a sales or customer service position is a plus_
- _Familiarity with role-playing activities and e-learning platforms_
- _Hands-on experience creating presentations (e.g. videos or slides)_
- _Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people_
- _Problem-solving skills_
- _Graduation in any discipline (Pref B.Tech or any other tech/non-tech degree with Sales certifcation)_
- _Additional training certification is a plus_
