**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets in the Spices & Masalas segment.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers to drive sales growth and increase market share.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for product differentiation and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales collateral to support sales efforts.
- Conduct regular sales visits to customers to understand their needs, address any issues, and provide product recommendations.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management, highlighting performance against targets and recommending strategies for improvement.
- Provide product training and support to customers and distributors to ensure effective sales and merchandising of Spices & Masalas products.
- Stay updated on industry developments, consumer preferences, and regulatory requirements related to Spices & Masalas to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote products and expand the customer base.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of success in sales roles within the FMCG industry, preferably in the Spices & Masalas segment.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.
- Strategic thinker with analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to drive business growth.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
