- Location - Pune (Hybrid)
- Position - Full Time

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing day-to-day technical support to our growing staff of 50+ employees.
- Responsible for full-cycle onboarding and set up for new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, etc., ensuring that all employees have access to systems, hardware, and software to complete their job duties.
- Administration of G Suite, Slack, Windows, Mac OS, JIRA, Confluence, Zoom, Zendesk, etc.
- Assisting in the implementation and execution of security initiatives.
- Responsible for maintenance and asset management of Mac, PCs, printers, tablets, key fobs, and accessories.
- Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, QoS).
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations.
- Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- 3+ years of Hands-On IT Systems & Network Support experience.
- Strong experience in G Suite Cloud Administration.
- Strong experience in Mac & Windows OS.
- CCNP or higher (CCIE and/or CISSP highly valued).
- Ability to problem solve and multi-task & learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills.
