Fixed Shifts: Night Shifts Weekends Off : Rotational Offs No of Openings: 30

**Work Description**:
Responsible for taking inbound calls for us and uk customer.

**Job Responsibility**:
1. To resolve customer queries

2. Should have good convincing power

3. Would be required to handle Customer Grievance

4. Should be Comfortable with shifts timing

5. High Level of Patience is required

6. Update CRM for case notes

**Other Skills**:
1. Must have strong communication skills

2. Must have good experience in customer handling.

3. Motivator and always encourage the team

**Graduate/PG: Any **Intermediate/Graduate/PG
