Job Title: International Customer Support – BOAT

Salary: ₹30,000 CTC + Incentives up to ₹30,000 (Total earning potential ₹60,000/month)

Eligibility:

  • Minimum 12th pass
  • Fresher eligible
  • Absolute fluent English communication mandatory

Location: Sector 18, Gurgaon

Working Days: 5 days working

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle international customer queries via calls and emails
  • Provide professional and clear support for BOAT products
  • Assist customers with warranty, replacements, and product details
  • Up sell and cross-sell BOAT products to boost revenue
  • Explain product features and recommend best options
  • Maintain customer records and call logs
  • Meet daily/weekly customer handling and sales targets
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term loyalty

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
