RevOps Intern
**Job Summary**
The Revenue Business Support Intern supports the commercial fulfilment strategy by driving and/or supporting initiatives pertaining to processes and knowledge in support of predictable revenue performance, optimized customer experience and operational excellence.
**Responsibilities**
- Review the playbook processes and mentorship and recommend-drive changes to increase content transparency and achieve presentment consistency
- Launch a framework for new staff onboarding supported by Smartsheet automation
- Launch a campaign to supervise and certify knowledge maturity for tenured staff
- May support other process initiatives
**Qualifications**
- Business, management, commercial or engineering studies
- MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
- Exposure and strong interest with project management, processes and/or knowledge management
