Job Title: Revops Intern
Job Overview:
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system
- Help optimise CRM workflows and data entry processes
- Work with the team to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Contribute to the development and documentation of revenue-related processes
- Highly motivated, self-directed, team player with strong agility mindset
- High standards of accuracy and strong attention to detail with a drive to get things right
- Experience with CRM like Hubspot is a plus.
**Required Skills**:
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Internship Duration:
This internship is for a duration of 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
