We are a bootstrapped company that has grown to be a leader in the alumni software space in the US. We’re slated for even faster growth on the path to becoming market leaders through a unique strategic partnership with Blackbaud (read more here & here)
Our customers are universities and high schools and in most cases, we’re working with staff in the alumni relations and fundraising office at these institutions. The value prop for them at a high level is simple - “Engage more alumni and raise more money from them”. 90%+ of our customers are from the US currently but we’re starting sales in UK and Canada this year so we’ll start to see some more customer regions this year. Our team is based in India and the USA. The India team is based in Bangalore and the US team is fully remote.
**The Opportunity**:
**What?**
Your primary responsibility will be to work with the revenue operations manager to oversee the company's tools, data, automation, and integrations. This ensures that processes, including **marketing**, keep running smoothly and the contributors within the marketing team have clarity on how their efforts contribute to growth objectives.

Your curiosity and problem-solving mentality will help us develop, expand, and maintain our marketing channels. You will also gain a much-sought skill set in B2B SaaS companies. Think of this role as the engineers responsible for an engine's functioning (aka the revops team).
**Why?**
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Marketing Operations Intern to assist in streamlining the marketing process. This is a crucial role for the company to scale. The role will give you visibility into the moving parts that enable the company to improve brand visibility, identify intent, engage prospects, provide value to potential buyers, and eventually generate revenue. You will be involved with stakeholders who work across the growth funnel.
**Work Location**:
We follow a hybrid work policy, requiring you to work from the office at least 2 to 3 days per week.
**Compensation**:
This is an Internship role with a stipend of 25k/month for three months, with the potential to convert to full-time.
**Responsibilities**:
- ** Process Optimization**: Assist the RevOps manager in streamlining and documenting processes across different teams to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- ** AI Solutions Implementation**: Work alongside various functions to enable AI solutions such as Albus and GPT4 chatbots, contributing to improved operational effectiveness.
- ** Logistics Coordination**: Collaborate with marketing ops to streamline logistics coordination for conferences and events attended by the company, ensuring smooth operations.
- ** Automated Workflows**: Help set up automated workflows using tools like HubSpot, Zapier, and Microsoft Automation Platform to automate repetitive tasks and streamline operations.
- ** Integration Setup**: Establish integrations between tools used by different teams and the main CRM system to maintain a centralized source of truth for data and information.
**Requirements**:
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, engineering, or a relevant field
- Who are just out of college and looking to start their career in the Revenue ops space
- Deep-rooted passion to explore and adapt to new tools all the time. You will likely not enjoy the role i_f you don’t meet this requirement._
- Has a knack for statistical analysis. Should be excellent at Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - _your ability to articulate problems well will make you successful._
- Process-oriented & organized - you need to manage many different things in this role, so you need to be extremely disciplined and diligent in how you operate every day.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the aptitude to communicate effectively
- Team player: This role requires you to talk to many people and coordinate cross-functionally. People need to enjoy working with you.
- A passion for education will make you feel at home.
