Position Summary:
Administers and operates the organization's warehouses, including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment. Accounts for all materials and supplies; audits goods received into warehouse. Oversees receipt, storage and shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures. Prepares and coordinates schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space. Ensures the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Warehouse operations**: Overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Ensuring that stock is stored in the correct locations.
- **Inventory management**: Monitoring inventory levels, and sending triggers to PM Team and Buyers. Conducting physical inventories and reconciling any differences between System and physical inventories.
- **Safety & Security**: Enforcing safety policies and measures to ensure the warehouse adheres to government standards.
- **Communication**: Communicating with Carriers, Partners, and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and timely receipts of materials.
- ** Efficiency**: Developing plans to increase the efficiency of warehouse, Manpower Productivity.
- ** Idea & Kaizens**: Generating new ideas and Kaizens for smooth operations with high productivity.
- **Time management**: Having exceptional time management abilities
