**Position Overview**

We are seeking an Associate - Operations to join our Operations team supporting our client, 9fin. This role is crucial to ensuring accurate and timely handling of investor call recordings and transcriptions. Reporting to the Team Leader, the Associate will be responsible for registering, joining, recording, and transcribing investor calls, ensuring all deliverables are uploaded and matched in the client portal.

This is an entry-level role suitable for detail-oriented individuals with strong listening skills, system orientation, and a commitment to quality.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Core Functional Responsibilities**

**1. Monitoring Client Calendars**

Regularly review and track client calendars to identify scheduled investor calls and ensure no meetings are missed.

**2. Registration for Investor Calls**

Proactively register for investor calls on behalf of the client as per requirements and maintain proper documentation of all scheduled registrations.

**3. Participation and Recording**

Attend all designated investor calls in a timely and professional manner.

**4. Uploading of Recordings**

Upload recorded investor call sessions to the client’s designated portal or platform in compliance with established protocols and timelines.

**5. Transcription of Calls**

Transcribe recorded calls using authorized transcription tools (e.g., Audacity or similar software).

Ensure transcripts are formatted, structured, and delivered in a professional manner.

**6. Validation and Quality Check**

Match, review, and validate the transcribed content against the original recording to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness.

Resolve discrepancies, if any, prior to final submission.

**7. Confidentiality and Data Security**

Maintain strict confidentiality of client information, investor discussions, and recorded materials.

Adhere to all data security and compliance guidelines while handling recordings, transcripts, and related documentation.

**General & Cross-Functional**
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling client data.
- Collaborate effectively within the team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Adapt to new tools, processes, and client requirements as needed.

**Qualifications**

**Essential**:

- Graduate from a recognized university or institute (any discipline).
- Strong system orientation, including proficiency with Spreadsheets, Excel, and Google Suite.
- English language proficiency:
○ Listening - Advanced

○ Reading - Intermediate

○ Writing - Intermediate

○ Speaking - Intermediate
- Strong professional competencies: teamwork, communication, and adaptability.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with transcription tools (e.g., Audacity) or similar software.
- Prior exposure to operations or transcription-related tasks.
