**Duties and Responsibilities**

1. Record and maintain all the entries of day-to-day business transactions like Sales, Purchase, Payment, receipts, purchase order etc.

2. Generating invoices and challan on a day-to-day basis.

3. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports and various types of MIS reports.

4. Manage all accounting transactions like invoicing, expenses reporting and payroll.

5. Maintains TDS GST returns and prepares Tax payments.

6. Manages and supervises the accounts payable department and staff in the organization.

7. Develops, implements, and maintains systems, procedures, and policies, including accounts payable functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines.

8. Basic knowledge of GST, TDS & other accounting terms.

9. Assisting in general financial analysis.

10. Bank Reconciliation daily basis and provide data of fund position.

11. Helping the senior officer and CA at the time of audit.

12. Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.

13. Record banking transactions.

14. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.

**Salary**: ₹10,106.64 - ₹32,927.41 per month
