Job Description: Accounts Executive (Fresher to 1 Year Experience)

**Position**: Accounts Executive
**Experience**: Fresher to 1 Year
**Location**: Gurgaon
**Salary**: Upto 3 LPA

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry and processing invoices.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Support monthly and yearly financial closing processes.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns (GST, TDS) and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Reconcile bank statements and perform basic bookkeeping duties.
- Help in preparing financial reports, audits, and budgets as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding payment queries and discrepancies.

**Required Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance is a plus.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Ability to learn and adapt to new accounting tools and software.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and take on new challenges.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
