**Job Description**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing financial records, processing invoices, and ensuring the accuracy of our financial data. If you have a knack for numbers and a passion for accounting, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

- Process accounts payable and receivable.
- Manage invoices, expenses, and payments.
- Reconcile financial statements and transactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding financial transactions.
- Provide support to the finance team as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven 2 to 3 years of experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
