**Responsibilities**:

- **Student Guidance**: Provide academic counseling to students regarding course selection, career paths, and educational planning.
- **Admissions Support**: Assist prospective students in understanding available programs, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.
- **Needs Assessment**: Identify students’ strengths, weaknesses, and interests to recommend suitable academic options.
- **Career Counseling**: Guide students about career opportunities based on their chosen academic path.
- **Information Sharing**:Explain curriculum, program structures, policies, and institutional offerings.
- **Follow-up & Support**: Track student progress and provide ongoing support to help them achieve academic goals.
- **Problem Solving**: Address students’ academic or adjustment challenges and provide solutions.
- **Record Management**:Maintain accurate student records, counseling notes, and progress reports.
- **Workshops & Seminars**: Organize orientation programs, career guidance sessions, and academic workshops.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with faculty, parents, and administration to ensure students’ overall development.
- **Motivation & Encouragement**: Encourage students to stay motivated and committed toward their academic and career goals.
