**Job Summary**:
The Junior Academic Counselor provides guidance and support to students to help them achieve their academic goals. This role involves advising students on course selection, academic planning, and career development, while assisting in maintaining academic records and providing administrative support to the counseling team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist students with academic planning, including course selection and scheduling.
- Provide accurate information on degree programs, institutional policies, and graduation requirements.
- Support students facing academic difficulties by referring them to appropriate resources (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, mental health services).
- Help organize academic workshops, seminars, and orientation programs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records.
- Follow up on student progress and provide periodic check-ins.
- Collaborate with faculty, administrators, and other departments to support student success.
- Handle inquiries from students and parents professionally and empathetically.
- Stay updated on academic policies, curriculum changes, and educational trends.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
