- Provide comprehensive academic counseling to students and professionals seeking guidance on online and distance education courses.
- Understand individual needs, career goals, and academic aspirations to offer personalized counseling services.
- **Guide students through the admissions process, ensuring they meet all requirements and deadlines.**:

- **Stay updated on trends and changes in the higher education sector, providing insights to enhance counseling services.**:

- Participate in training programs to enhance counseling skills and knowledge.

**Educational Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in a relevant field. Freshers can also apply.
- 1-2 years of experience as an Academic Counselor in an Ed-tech company.
- In-depth knowledge of online and regular education courses in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to guide students through the admission process.
- Familiarity with CRM systems used in Ed-tech companies

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
