Engineer-Planning

Knowledge of planning / scheduling methods and procedures specifically related to project works, Ability to execute project planning, scheduling and monitoring for construction projects, Activity Scheduling, Resource Scheduling, Manpower Scheduling, Preparation of Detailed Plan (as per WBS), Progress monitoring & reporting — Predictive analysis and liquidity forecasting-Preparation of L1, L2 & L3 Schedule, Knowledge of engineering, procurement, construction management, project planning / scheduling, cost control techniques, Expertise in Data Analytics skills, Formulate Work Breakdown Structure for the project Collect all inputs related to project plan preparation ( time per activity, inter linkage, sequencing) by areas from respective managers on Project Task Force and prepare the base plan. Analyse & present impact of various scenarios on overall project schedule & critical path during the integrated project planning meeting, Aggregate progress reports on a weekly & monthly basis by interacting with Project team members and Contractors, recording progress % of each task, develop progress S curves and prepare reports, Maintain version control of the project plan in case of re-planning, Resource loading, levelling, updating, monitoring, revising and producing all the reports regarding the schedule (as dictated by project requirements), Timely identification and reporting of early warning signals and project risks and suggestions for resolution of the same, Facilitate catch up plan generation & time/ resource optimization to meet project timelines

Head Planning and Project Controls

Pre-Bid Support: L1 Schedule, Pre-Bid Query Resolution, Monitoring of Project Budget, Departmental Budget and Capital Budget of various projects, Cost and Risk Review, Monthly Project Review, supporting report preparation for MPW submission and coordination for liquidating MPW's comments, Claim Management

Planning Manager
- Electrical

Possess knowledge of WBS, OBS, EPS, preparation of baseline schedules in line with project scope requirement, Integrates inter-discipline schedule requirements and constraints to establish logical work sequences for assigned disciplines, Reviews and assesses the work package sequences with the total project plan, Establish overall basis for project progress measurement defining E, P & C weightages, Prepares S Curve at Project & Function levels - Engineering, procurement & construction, Periodic updating of schedule & S curves and subsequent generation of progress variance reports, Identifies, analyses and monitors schedule deviations for assigned disciplines including subcontractor submittals and recommends corrective action/work-around solutions, Develops monthly quantity distribution statements for total scope of works
Prepares micro plans for critical work packages & Major milestones, Generates quantified Rolling plans (monthly, 3 month & 6 month) in consultation with all stakeholders, Develops MIS reports as per project requirement
