Project Coordinator Specialist

This role is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and control of projects from inception to completion.

  • Job Description:
  • Schedule management: Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera software, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
  • Progress monitoring: Regularly track and report project progress to stakeholders, highlighting any deviations from the plan.
  • Resource allocation: Effectively allocate resources to optimize project delivery, minimizing downtime and costs.
  • Cost control: Monitor and manage project expenses, identifying areas for cost savings and implementing measures to reduce waste.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: B.E or B.Tech in a relevant field.
  • Experience: At least 18 years of experience in offshore oil and gas facilities projects, with a minimum of 5 years in project scheduling, cost control, and progress monitoring.
  • Industry-specific skills: Knowledge of process engineering, process platforms, safety studies, pre-commissioning/commissioning, proposal engineering, and project execution activities.
