Presales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
Contact a set of defined leads assigned to you on a daily basis for multiple cities.
Make outgoing calls to potential customers to schedule high quality leads for sales
Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Manage a large number of outbound calls in a timely manner.Schedule appointments for interested customers with city sales teams.
Build a pipeline of potential customers from assigned leads month on month for scheduling appointments at the requested times.
Possess strong knowledge of Futur Decor services to identify customer needs when qualifying them
Establish and nurture relationships with potential customers, and follow up with them until the appointment is successfully arranged.
Work towards achieving company goals in line with set objectives and key performance indicators on a monthly basis.
Handle in-store inquiries and update information in the CRM platform.Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
**Requirements**:
1. Strong communication skills.
2. Previous experience in pre-sales or telecalling, preferably within the interior design industry.
3. A proactive and customer-focused mentality.
4. Proficiency in basic Excel/Google platform
**Remarks**:
1. This is an in-office position; no remote work is available.
2. A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience is required.
4. The package range is between 25,000 to 30,000 INR, plus incentives.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
