We’re looking for a passionate and creative UI Designer & Illustrator to join our design team. You’ll play a
key role in crafting engaging user interfaces and beautiful visual assets that elevate our brand and product
experiences. This role is perfect for someone with a strong design foundation, a keen eye for aesthetics,
and a flair for storytelling through illustration.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create original illustrations and visual assets that support product features, marketing campaigns,
and brand storytelling
- Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to turn concepts into high-quality
visuals
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system
- Translate brand guidelines into consistent UI/UX and illustration work
- Iterate designs based on feedback, user testing, and data insights
- Stay updated on design trends and propose creative ideas to elevate our visual identity
**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in UI design(agency or in-house)
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop or similar strong illustration skills (digital, vector-based preferred)
- Solid understanding of design principles including layout, colour theory, and typography
- Portfolio showcasing both UI design and illustration work
- Basic knowledge of user-centric design processes and accessibility best practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Great communication skills and openness to feedback

Pay: ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

- New Town, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
