**Responsibilities**:
**UI/UX Design**:

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs.
- Ensure designs are responsive and accessible across all devices.

**Graphics Design**:

- Design promotional materials such as banners, infographics, and social media creatives.
- Develop branding assets, including logos, style guides, and templates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce visually appealing content.

**Collaboration and Iteration**:

- Work closely with developers to implement designs seamlessly.
- Incorporate user feedback and stakeholder inputs to enhance designs.

**Tools and Technologies**:

- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools such as InVision or Marvel.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and graphic design work.
- Knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Job Type**: Internship

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
