**Hiring For UI/UX Graphic Designer Intern**

**Job description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**UI/UX Design**:

- Design user interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and other digital products, focusing on both aesthetics and usability.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive mockups that demonstrate user flow and functionality.
- Develop user personas, user journey maps, and process flows based on user research and data.
- Ensure a consistent, brand-aligned design across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and functionally.

**Graphic Design**:

- Produce creative graphics, icons, illustrations, and other assets needed for the interface design.
- Develop branding, logo design, and other visual elements as needed for digital experiences.
- Optimize visual assets for performance across different devices and screen sizes.

**User Research and Testing**:

- Conduct usability testing, A/B testing, and user feedback analysis to iterate on design improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing, to understand requirements and deliver the best possible user experience.
- Present design concepts and decisions to stakeholders, ensuring design ideas align with business goals.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide input on the design direction for new projects.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing/Completed a degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or related field.
- A strong portfolio showing user-friendly designs for mobile and web apps.
- Good knowledge of design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and Photoshop.
- Understanding of how to do user research and test designs.
- Good at communicating and working with others.
- Ability to work on your own and manage several projects at once.
- A passion for design and a willingness to keep learning and improving.
