**Job Description - UI/UX Designer**

**Location**: 5th Floor, PS Aviator Building, 507A, Major Arterial Rd (North Extension), Chinar Park, Newtown, Kolkata, West Bengal 700136
**Work Mode**: Work From Office
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user needs.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Maintain and update design systems, UI kits, and brand guidelines.
- Analyze user feedback and data to improve product usability and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

**Required Qualifications**
- **2+ years** of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a related role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as **Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator**.
- Strong understanding of **user-centered design principles** and responsive design.
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A strong design portfolio showcasing relevant projects.

**Preferred Skills** _(Good to Have)_
- Experience with motion graphics, micro-interactions, or animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Lottie).
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and WCAG guidelines.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments.
