Executive Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with project management and tracking the progress of work.
- Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure easy access to important documents.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as required to support the CEO.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.
- Ability to work independently and anticipate the needs of the CEO.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
