
Sales Executive

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, customer service, and product development to ensure customer needs are met.
Prepare sales reports and update customer records in the CRM system accurately.
Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a related industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve targets and deliver results.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Additional Information:
This position may require travel to meet clients or attend industry events.
Sales executives may be eligible for commission or bonus based on performance.

Pay: ₹10,159.67 - ₹35,159.87 per month
