**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, converting leads into clients.

2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

3. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans, targeting revenue growth and market share expansion.

4. Product/Service Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product/service offerings, features, and benefits.

5. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

6. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports, analyzing sales metrics and identifying areas for improvement.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

**Qualification: BBA/MBA**
