We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team. The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive business growth. This role requires a passion for social media, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to promote the company's brand, products, and services.

Create content plans and editorial calendars for various social media platforms.

Content Creation:
Generate engaging and visually appealing content, including text, images, videos, and infographics.

Write and edit compelling and relevant copy for social media posts.

Social Media Management:
Maintain and update social media profiles and pages, ensuring they are consistent with the brand's image.

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media in a timely and professional manner.

Audience Engagement:
Actively engage with followers and grow the company's social media community.

Develop and implement strategies to increase likes, shares, and comments.

Analytics and Reporting:
Use social media analytics tools to track the performance of social media campaigns.

Provide regular reports on key social media metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Campaigns and Promotions:
Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive user engagement and increase brand visibility.

Social Media Advertising:
Assist in creating and managing paid social media advertising campaigns.

Monitor and optimize ad performance for maximum ROI.

Trend and Competitor Analysis:
Stay updated on social media trends, industry news, and competitors' activities to ensure the company remains competitive in the digital space.

**Salary**: ₹10,562.49 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
