We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for managing RIMS' social media presence across platforms, primarily Instagram and Facebook. This individual will collaborate closely with the administrative team, lead generation team, and faculty to ensure that our social media accounts accurately reflect the school's activities and values.

Key Responsibilities:
Draft and post engaging content on RIMS' social media accounts, including Instagram and Facebook.

Collaborate with the administrative team, lead generation team, and teachers to gather information and updates for social media posts.

Create and maintain a social media calendar to schedule posts in advance and ensure timely coverage of school events and activities.

Develop visually appealing and compelling posts, including stories, reels, and regular feed updates.

Utilize tools such as Canva or Photoshop to design graphics and visuals for social media posts.

Demonstrate basic video-making and editing skills to create engaging multimedia content.

Monitor and respond to comments and messages on RIMS' social media accounts in a timely and professional manner.

Track and analyze key social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts and make recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

0-2 years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably in an educational or similar setting.

Proficiency in using social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook.

Familiarity with tools such as Canva or Photoshop for graphic design.

Basic video-making and editing skills.

Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices, especially on Instagram.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Creative thinking and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
