Job Title: Social Media Coordinator

Location: Malad West, Mumbai

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator to oversee our social media presence and collaborate with our outsourced content creation team. In this role, you will ensure that the content produced aligns with our brand strategy and assist in developing effective ad strategies to maximize our online impact.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our outsourced content creation team to ensure content meets brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Manage the scheduling and publication of content across various social media platforms.

Develop and execute social media ad strategies, working closely with external partners to optimize campaign performance.

Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.

Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.

Stay current with social media trends and industry best practices to inform strategy and execution.

Work with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and goals.

Assist in the development of creative briefs and provide feedback on content drafts from the outsourced team.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media coordination or a similar role.

Strong understanding of major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).

Experience working with outsourced teams or agencies.

Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ad strategy development and performance analysis.

Familiarity with graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.

Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
