**Job Summary**:

- We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support
- ability to manage multiple priorities, and a strong sense of discretion. This role is crucial in
- ensuring the smooth operation of the Managing Director’s office and will involve managing
- schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and acting as a liaison
- between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Administrative Support**:

- Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel
- arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

**2. Meeting Coordination**:

- Schedule, organize, and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and
- taking minutes.
- Ensure follow-up on action items from meetings.

**3. Communication**:

- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications directed to the Managing Director.

**4. Project Management**:

- Assist in the management and coordination of special projects and initiatives.
- Conduct research and compile data as needed.

**5. Liaison Role**:

- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and staff.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments.

**6. Office Management**:

- Oversee office operations related to the Managing Director’s activities.
- Manage expense reports, invoices, and budgeting related to the executive office.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
