Job Description:

We are looking for a professional and experienced Executive Assistant to the Managing Director to provide high-level administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Managing Director in day-to-day operations and coordination.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
  • Handle confidential documents and maintain proper filing systems.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Manage emails, calls, and communications on behalf of the MD.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate with strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Ability to handle pressure and maintain confidentiality.

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
