Call Center Executive

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our patients.
You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral. You should also have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems. You should be able to use positive language, adapt to different situations, manage your time effectively, and demonstrate patience, empathy, and professionalism. You should also have good problem-solving and decision-making skills, and be attentive and friendly to our patients.
You should have the following qualifications:
- Education: 12th and above.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ year experience in BPO / Health care sector calling experience.
- Language: Hindi and English.
